CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Event registrants whose requests for cancellation are received on or before Feb. 8, 2027, will receive a full refund. Registrants whose cancellation requests are received between Feb. 9, 2027, and Feb. 15, 2027, will incur a $100 processing fee. No requests for cancellations will be accepted after Feb. 15, 2027. Substitutions may be made at any time.
